Cool and changeable weather is probable with scattered rainfall, but conditions are likely to improve shortly. Barometer unsteady with a rising tendency ' everywhere soon. Atmospheric pressure has remained about normal over the Dominion, but has been relatively low northwards, and north-easterly to south-easterly breezes have predominated.
