? «R BCAST AN® SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for variable winds with moderate to strong southUsisterlies prevailing. Cool and changeable weather is probable with scattered rainfall, but conditions are likely to improve shortly. Barometer unsteady with a rising tendency ' everywhere soon. Atmospheric pressure has remained about normal over the Dominion, but has been relatively low northwards, and north-easterly to south-easterly breezes have predominated.
