GERMANS TO PROTEST AGAINST DELIVERIES TO ALLIES. (Kec. January 18, 7.30 p.m.) London, January 17. German delegates will attend an executive meeting of the Aliners' International in London next. week. Tho Germans represented to the International that they were working overtime in direct opposition to tho Washington Labour Convention’s decision that coal is being delivered to the Allies below the market price, with tho result that I'rnneo is glutted with coal, while Gemany is in want' of it.
