PORTSMOUTH DOCKYARD HANDS
HOURS AND WAGES REDUCED. (R-ec. January 17, 0.45 a.m.) London, January 16. The employees at the Portsmouth Dock--yard have received notice of seven hours less work weekly and a corresponding reduction in wages.
