NEW SOUTH WALES CHAMPIONSHIPS. (Rec. January 16, 5-5 p.m.) Sydney, January 16. In the swimming chmapionships of Ntw South Wales the half mile resulted:— Langer (America), 1; Beaurepaire (Victoria), 2; Cotton (Sydney), 3. Langer led all the way, and won by twenty-five yards. Time, llmin. 16 4-ssec. Longworth finished fourth. The hundred yards race resulted:— Kealoha (Hawaii), 1; Herald (Sydney), 2; Beck (Sydney), 3. The winner led throughout, and won by two yards. Time, 56sec.—Press Assn.
