The New York “Times” correspondent at Washington learns, that General Oi, commanding the Japanese troops in Siberia, has informed all political groups, including the Chita and Vladivostok Governments, that in view of the unstable conditions he cannot permit any Communist rule in regions which the Japanese now occupy. —Aus-N.Z.
