Sugar, about 6 level tablespoons Cornflour, lew drops essence Vanilla. Method—Mix sugar and Cailler’s Cocoa together and moiiten with some cold milk. Bring rest of milk to boiling faint and add Cocoa mixture to it. Moulen Cornflour with cold waler, add small quantity of boiling milk to it, and then add cornflour mixture gradually t'> boiling milk. Cook quickly for about five minutes, stirring well; take off and add essence. Pour into mould. When quite cold tarn out and serve. SuGcient for 6or 7 people.
