RENEWAL OF TREATY IN AGENDA FOR PREMIERS’ CONFERENCE By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, January 11. The Australian Press Association isauthoritatively informed that the question of the renewal of tho Anglo-Japanese Treaty will certainly be included in tho agenda for the Premiers’ Conference in June. The Imperial Government is pledged to obtain the concurrence of the Dominion Premiers before the negotiations with Japan, and the Treaty is to be referred afterwards to the League of Nations in accordance with Articles Eighteen, Nineteen, and Twenty of the Covenant. —Aus.-N.Z.
