Tho Canadian Government has issued an emphatic official denial of a report published extensively in the United States, that Canada is joining in negotiations which it is alleged are taking place botween the "United States, -Australia, and New Zealand, to prohibit Japanese immigration joiutly. It is announced that no such aiegoliations have occurred. The New York - "Tribune" to-day intimated that the colonies were leaving this question to Britain, but the only basis for the report is apparently tho suggestion in the recent, speech by Senator Lodge that some joint action is advisable in order to impress Japan.—Router..
