It is announced that no such aiegoliations have occurred. The New York - "Tribune" to-day intimated that the colonies were leaving this question to Britain, but the only basis for the report is apparently tho suggestion in the recent, speech by Senator Lodge that some joint action is advisable in order to impress Japan.—Router..
