According to the' preliminary votes of the Socialist Congress at Tours concerning the arrangements of an agenda, Cachin's section, which advocates the closest co-operation with Moscow, is for the moment in the majority; Languet's central section refuses such, wholehearted adhesion; and a tlhird section refuses cooperation. Some of the speakers declared that the small peasant farmers in their 'respective departments were zealous supporters of the Jtoscow pro-gramme.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
