The "licho de Paris'' learns from Teheran that the statements in the British Parliament regarding the evacuation of Persia by tho British troops have caused a commotion in the countryside. Many British -and French residents are preparing to lease Persia', and banks are winding up their affairs. The British Legation will probably not romain.
