The fortnightly elieepskin sale to-day showed a marked imiirovemont. Vendors 6*'oivcd little of the reluctance to meet the market that characterised the former fales. and this created a healthier demand, the result being that most of tho brokers almost entirely cleared off their catalogues. Pelts ivere up about ljd. to 2d. por lb., and lambskins up about 2d.
