PIUZE-GIVING CEREMONY. The prize-giving ceremony of Queen Margaret College was' held in St, John's Schoolroom yesterday afternoon. There was an interested attendance of parents ■ and students, and the' Rev. Dr. tiibb, chairman of the Board of Governors, presided. Tliero were also present the staff of Queen' Margaret, the acting-principal, Mr. G. H. Uttloy, 11..1, M.Sc., and Mr. T. IT. Gill, M.A., LL.I3. At the end of the second term, however, Miss Budd had resigned, and the Board of Governors had nppointed Mr. Uttley to supervise- wo work.
