EX-GERMAN CABLES
METHOD OF OPERATION ADOPTED. Washington, December 15. It is announccd'that'tho Communications Conference, pending the final disposition of the ex-German cables, has adopted.a modus vivendt by which tho cables will be operated for the financial account of the five Powers until February 15, 1021. The conference will continue its' sessions—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
