Regular night Hying has not been attempted, but an experimental lighthouse at Croydon was successful, and others were being built. The* uso of wireless telephones was being extended in connection with the Imperial air routes. A new aerodrome was being built at Malta, and wireless communication was being assured between England and Egypt. Tho report gives details of recent aviation developments in Australia and New Zea-land—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON-BIRMINGHAM SERVICE. London, December 10. An air service from London to Birmingham will start on Docember 13. The fnre will be £2 10s. (under sixpence a mile).—Reuter.
