Hitherto this commodity could only be manutactured from ordinary sugar by special permit from the board. Now awone Wishing for icing sugur. may toko then allotment to tho grinders and lin>o, it ground. The lifting oi tho embargo will not affect tho Hinount of sugar alloled at present, nor call for any inoreased output. It simply permits of turnin;,' ordinary sugar into icing sugar a« the possessor's wish.
