Nursing Guild of St, John. • The annual meeting of the District Nursing Guild of St. John was held in St. John's Schoolroom yesterday, Mrs. W. H. S. Moorliouse (president) being in tho chair? The report on tho year's work, presented by the lion, secretary for the information of the council of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, and of tho local members and supporters of the guild, was as follows:—"Much gratification was felt on tho announcement that the position of patroness of the guild had been graciously accepted by Her Excellency Viscountess Jellicoe. The committee regrets exceedingly the loss of 0110 of its members in the death of Mrs. J. H. Gibbons, who had unsparingly given her, help in establishing tho fund for the maintenance of the guild, and who for many years had devoted herself to tho welfare of her fellow-citizens. From November 1, 1919, to October 31. 1920, the records show'that 170 additional patients havo been registered, and 2845 treatments have been given by the ™"W,eithei at the patients' homes or at tlio office of the guild.
