True bills were returned in the following casea:—Dennis O'Dwyer, alleged fraudulent transaction) Winiftta to Huhu, alleged personation; Joseph Muldoon, alleged attempted indecent assault; Gwynno Yates and Robert Frydo Turnbull, alleged assault and robbery; Tu Baron, alleged sheep stealing; Clifford John Dtidson, alleged indecent assault; Ivahu Haua, nlleged theft; Henaro Sonrlfa, alleged theft. The Grand Jury found no bill in the ca6e of Alexander RodericK M'Crne Williamson, alleged manslaughter. Winiata te Huhu was tried on a charge of personating an elector of the Waikoho County at the polling booth. The jury returneiT a verdict of not guilty.
