At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Edwards, there was a lengthy hearing 0 f tlic divorce petition of Henry E. Harris, of l.'awera, versus Ethel Harris, the grounds being adultery. Alfred Ware, of Hamilton, wits cited as corespondent, and the sum of <£200 damages was claimed. Tiit jury returned affirmative answers lo questions na to adultery between respondent and corespondent, and MvrircJccl the uetitlnner damages.
