ARBITRATION COURT

Itis Honour Mr. Justice Sitinger presided over the sittings »f the Arbitration Court .yesterday, the assessors for the employers being Mr. W. Soott, and for the employees Mr. J. A. M'Cullough. The Wellington Timber Workers' Union (Mr. J. Road) mado application i/3 have iwlded to its award the names of Staples and Co. and the estate of the late T. G. Mncarthy (Mr. W. Gronfoll). It was stated that thora were employed in the brewcriea referred to qualified journeymen coopers, who woro engaged In work on barrels and casks, etc., and who were not' in tho union.

The enso was adjourned pending fur ther information being given the Court.
