HEMP AND TOW
NOVEMBER GRADING RETURNS. The total number of bales of hemp graded at the ports of the Dominion during November was 6835, as compared with 11,039 for the corresponding month of last .rear, a decrease of 420 i bale*. For the twelve months ended November 30 tho number of bales graded was 90,0-16. as compured with 100,575 for I'jio previous twelve months, a decrease of 10.529 bales. Tho total number of bales of tow graded was 1535, as compared with 2501 for the same month last year, a decreaso of 069 bales. For the twelve- months ended November 30 the number of bales graded was 19,827, as compared' with 18,556 foi llho previous twelve months, an increase, of 1271 bales.
During the month 105 bnles of stripperslips wera graded, a? compared with nil for the same month of last yeai. For the twelve months ended November 30 tho number of bales graded was CIS, as compared with twelve, bales for the previous' twolvo monvlis, an incrense of 607 bales.
