There was an -uproar in the Diet over a motion by the Majority Socialists to reduce the proposed indemnification of the Hohenzolleras. Horr Kaufmann (Conservative) used words which led to a rush being made towards him. His frionds surrounded him, and. kept his assailants at bay.
