THE GREEK THRONE
REASCENSION OP CONSTANTINE MAY BE PERMITTED IF PRO-GERMAN LEADERS ARE REMOVED By Telegraph—Preti A«Bodation—Oopyrlibt London, November 29. Further conversations between M. Leygues (Premier of France) and Mr. Lloyd George led to a substantial rapprochement in the British and French view points as regards tho Greek situation. Permission for Constantino to reascend the Throne is now looming as a likely fact, provided the heads of the pro-Uerniuu party are removed from power and from public posts. The Allies,'moreover, would continue to «6sist Greek financiers, at the same time retaining control. The fcrogoing are the proposed British condituns, under which Greece would be allowed to retain tho advantages of tho Treaty of Sevres. Otherwise territories like Smyrna, the, control cf which is entrusted to Greece, would either return to Turkey, or might Vw internationalised. --Router.
