YOUTH WORK IN PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
3v Telceranh—Press Association. Christchurch, November 30. At tho General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church last week it was decided to offer the position of Director of Youth Work for the Presbyterian Church to the Rev. R. M. Evburn, minister of St. .Andrew's Chirrch; Christchurch. Mr. Ryburn withheld his acceptance till he had consulted his congregation. A meeting of tho congregation w-as held to-night, when ii was decided, while regretting the prospect of Mr. Rybnrn'g departure, to place no obstacle in the way of his accepting the position. Mr. Ryburn then announced that ho would accept the position, and said that if he declined it ho would foel lie had shirked his dutv.
