REVELATION'S DURING BUDGET DISCUSSIONS. (Rec. November 29, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 28. The "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent says the Budget discussions reveal astounding prodigality. A total of 191 million marks will be spent on munitions. weapons, and war material. The Naval Budget includes 120 millions for a small cruiser. It is officially stated that the ex-Kaiser has already received 52,250,000 marks, and the ex-Crown Prince lies been given property worth many million marts. Amidst this riot of waster, an appeal hns been launched on behalf of the starving children of the country—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
