CHINESE CONSORTIUM
SUMMARY OF AGREEMENT. (Rco. November 21, 5.5 p.m.) New York, November 19. Messrs. J. P. Morgan and Company have issued a summary of the Chinese Consortium agreement. The Consortium will last, for live years, unless. terminated sooner by a majority of the parties. Loans will only be made to tho Chinese Government or to provincial governments, will be granted by all the banking groups within the Consortium, and will be on! an equal basis, eaoli undertaking to liquidate its own engagements.—Aus.rN.2.
