INSURANCE OF RETURNED SOLDIERS

It is not generally known that, if a returned soldier .is insuring his life and is charged a "loading fee," and the reason for this loading is a war disability, tho Government will pay tho extra premium. In order that returned soldiers may 1* acquainfled with this regulation, Mr. Aldrich, secretary of tho Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association, has supplied tho following information-.— (1) Application for insurance must he made in the Government Lifo Insurance Department. (2) The amount of insurance must nod exceed .£SOO. CD Application must be made before December 31, 1921. (4) Tho applicant must ha.ve paid tho ordinary premium before the Government will pay the loading charges.
