Siore Sheep.—A very small yarding, mostly hoggets nnd ewes nnd lnmbs, which, tho wool outlook notwithstanding, practically maintained recent values. Sound-mouthed ewes nnd lnmbs (nil counted) made 21a.. 9d. to 225. 10d.; 60imd and fniling-moutlied ewes and ]nmbs ' (nil counted), 20s. Gd. to 215.; aged and inferior ewes nnd lambs (all counted), Us. Id. to a lss. 6d.; four-tooth dry owes 295. 3d.; two. four, six, and eight-tooth dry owes,- 225. id.; aged dry owes, liis. Cd.; fnirly good wether hoggets, 2Gs. Sd. to 2lfe. 7d.; good mixed ecx hoggets, 275. Gd.; inferior mixed sex hoggets, 20s. 3d. to 2is. 10d.; cull mixed sex hoggets, 17s. to l~s. lOd.; good mixed sex shorn hoggots, 255.; two and four-tooth wethers, 275. I0c1.; four and six-tooth halilied wethers, 38s. lOd.
Nearly 300 lambs were penned, and they 6old strongly. Values ranged from 30s. to 41s. for a few specially prime sorts.
I'nt Sheep.—The market opened at satisfactory rates, but half-way through tho enle tho demand eased, and towards tho finish lines were diflicult to sell.
