FORECAST ANB SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong nnil squally (southerly winds, and cool, changeable veather generally, with passing showers in many parts. Barometer rise everywhere soon. The barometer has continued low in the south, and freshening north-west to southwest winds have been reported in districts with a. westerly aspect, but fair to cloudy weather has ruled on the east const. , D. 0.
