A speoial voto 6f thanks was carried to Scoutmaster Mason for his valuablo Ecrvices. It was decided to' hold' the annual concert on Decomhor 7,, the fcoyß to glfo tho first half' of the prftttrammo. Tho nnnunl carairal will bo. held in conjunction with all the troopn of Wellington district on. February 25,. when all tlio trophies aod shields at present, held bv the lower Hutt.
