WOMAN SHOT IN HEAD
HUSBAND CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER. By Telemruph—Prosi AssociationChristchurch, November 15. P. MaJaquin, husband of tho woman who received a revolver shot woqnd in tho toinplo at Now Brighton on Sunday-week, was arrested to-day on a charge of attompted murder. Tho cneo was at lirst reportod to be accidental. Mrs. llulaquin, who is aged. twenty-two, and has 'ine child, was removed to Chriatchurch Hospital with a 22-calibro revolver bullot in her lioad, near the teinplo. Tho bullet has been extracted, and Mrs. Malaquin is said to be progressing satisfactorily.
