Dr. Gustav Erlanger, of tin University of Berlin, has discovered nn electric treatment for nianulne, or blindness caused by tissues covering the eyeball. No pain is caused to tlio patient, and a treatment ,r.f onlv two minutes three limes a week is necessary. Might returns gradually over a poriod of several weeks.
