Levgues (Premier) has advised the French delegates to withdraw from Geneva if the Germans are admitted to the Conference. -An$: ? N.Z. Cablo Assn. AMERICA ANDliii COVENANT LEAGUE' PREPARED TO CONSIDER PROPOSED CHANGES. (Rec. November H, 11.55 p.m.) Paris, November 14. M. Bourgeois, interviewed, said, that all would reioice to see America on her own initiative take her immensely _ important place' in the- Council of Nations.
