Tho "World" bases its charges on an independent investigation. It states that alien workmen, in revenge for the ring's oppression, sent a bomb designed to explode near a house-wrecking job conducted by a ring contractor, next to the J. P. The New York "Evening World's"' revelation regarding the AVall Street explosion follows the exposure of an ainazinc system of extortion carried on by B. P. Brindell, head of the- Labour nnd Trades Council. Investigation revealed that Brindell controlled practically the entire building trade of New York, levyins toll on employers and workers alike.
