COMMANDER'S SUB.RENDER, London, November 10. Abdul Wohad, commander of the Mesopotamia insurgents, has surrendered unconditionally, and is under a British guard at Kufa—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. PUNITIVE OPERATIONS ON LOWER KUPHRATES. (Sec. November 12, 1.30 a.m.) London, November 11. A War Office communique gtateis: "On the lower Euphrates the column froin Satnawah, which is carrying out punitive operations ou both banks, mound Khidr, met with stubborn resistance from an insurgent band concealed in broken country. Our infantry assisted , by aeroplanes, force'd the Arabs fromtheir positions. The operations are continuing.—Router.
