INQUIRY INTO ADMINISTRATION IN NEW SOUTH WALES. (Eec November 11, 9.55 p.m.) Sydney, November 11. At the inquiry concerning tho administrntion of the Soldiers' Sottlement branch of the Lands Department, Mr. Mack, K.C., senior counsel for the Crown, -presented full charges against Messrs. Ashford, Bryant, and others. Ho charged Mr. Ashford with political corruption and a breach of public trust. Messrs. Bryant and Brown with-conspiring to defraud tho .Government, and Messrs. Ashiford, Bryant, and M'Googan, the buying officer ot the Department, with corruption.—Press Assn. f
