0 FORECAST AND SUMMARY - AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are far strong west to south-westerly winds. Weather changeable, soually and showery in most parts of the country. Barometer unsteady, but probably rising cverywhoro Boon. Strong west to south-westerly winds have prevailed, with gales in several places today. Atmospheric pressuro has proved unsteady, the barometer risine and falling everywhere to-day.
