Company for December 8, at which tho directors' will recommend a dividend on deferred stock of six per cent, for six months;} together with a bonus of three per cent,, making a total of 15 per cent.'for tho year. It is nlso proposed to make a distribution of £205,000 deferred stock at par to- holders on the register at November 23. This is equivalent to the distribution of about £6 deferred stock per £100.
