FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. ' Present indications are for Btrong southwesterly to westerly winds. Wentnei cloudy and unsettled, with rain prob able on all the western coast and southern districts. Barometer un steady, probably rising for a briei period, but falling again everywhere shortly. Stormy weather has been experienced in many parts of the Dominion, with ram particularly in districts with a westerly aspect, and atmospheric pressure has in creased everywhere. o Director.
