By TeleKraßh—Presi Auoolntion. Auckland, November 3. Tho divorce case in which Mary Andrews sought o dissolution of her marriag,; with Ernest Frank Andrews, was concluded m the Supreme Court to-day. His Honour said the case was an important one. A serious charge was made against th© respondent, and if tliero was a reasonable doubt respondent should have tho bejiclit of that doubt. The jury, after a retirement lasting two hours, returned n verdict in favour of resp'on&nt. They stated that in their opinion there was not sufficient evidence to prove adultery. His Honour said lie quite agreed with the verdict; he was sure he would have como to the same decision himeiolf. An order was made lor payment of the wife's costs by respondent, the amount to be fixed by this Court if the parties fail io agi^e.
