AS is'usual at this sale, the stalls made an excellent display of produce, cakes, needlework;- flowers, sweets ppt "tc the needlework tains specially good. General Sir Alfred Robin opened a haaiar in the Cambridge terrace Congregational Church be toolroom jge - day afternoon. lhe Rev. A. E. Hnnt received him. and in the .course of his -introductory-speech explained to the gatherers that although the ehurclv debt : had been extinguished through the efforts of the Ladies' Guild, money / was ■needed for« fresh buildings,. without ■which the work of .the church would be greatly hampered.
