COURT'S WELLINGTON SITTINGS
The Arbitration Court will sit in Wellington on November 29. Local trade 9 unions intend to apply for a bonus to I'over tlip increase in the cost of living, arid applications will also be filed for a further bonus of 2s. Gd. per week to meet Hie recent- rise in the price of butter. The Wellington Trjiniwnymen's Union will not apply for a 'bonus, hut for an increase of 3d. per hour in the rate of the basic wag->. The nresent minimum wage of tramway employees is Is. 9Jd. per hour, for a week of 18 hours.
