TT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for public -»• information that it is proposed to make inquiries during the recess with a view to revising, the Customs Tariff during the Session of 1921. • All persons making contracts for the delivery of- imported goods, cither subject' to duty or which may become subject to duty, should protect thomselvcs either— (1) by introducing therein a clause gx>Vv erning possi'ble-.change of duty, or (2) by giving immediate notice w.hcre contracts are already in force,-or, where there'arc running contracts, that, in tho ovent of Alteration of the duty, the provisions cf Section-130 of the.Cimtonis Act. 1913 must apply.
