LABOUR PARTY'S PLATFORM, ■ Sydney, November 2, i The Australian Labour Party has pw pared a special constitution and platform to be issued for tho next Federal elections. It proposes to giro the Commonwealth full sovereign rights and empower it to croato any number of provincial legislatures- as; is deemed necessary. Other proposals are for tho abolition of tho Senate, the High Court to bo'tho final Court of Appeal, provision for the initiative and referendum; the Commonwealth to take over all State debts and become tho solo collector of revenue.—Press Assn.
