Pedlar was charged with driving his motor lorryvin a manner.dangerous to Uie public, in Post Office, Square, whereby a collision .occurred, but .the resulting damage was voir slight. After hearing the evidence, the Magistrate re-corded-a conviction for a.breach of the motor regulations, and fined Pedlar A.J and' cost' 235.
