AMERICAN SPINNERS WITHOUT ORDERS (Rec. November J, 10 p.m.) New York, October 31. Tho Federal reserve 'banking system has Issued a statement to the effect that representative dealers agree' thail the prices of standard grades of wool havo declined since May 1 35 to 40 per cent. Woollen and yarn spinnefs have received practically no orders, although Septem* bcr and October nro usually the busiest months. The mills are variously reported as operating at from 10 to Bfl per cent:-; capacity, some being employed running on back orders. Uncertainty regininijs yam prices and lack of orders liclp to explain the existing situation.
