TO BALLOT ON QUESTION OF WORKING OVERSEAS VESSELS.
I Brisbane, October 31. The waterside workers are taking a ballot on the questionwlurther there should be a total cessation of work in discharging and loading all oversea vessels, whether bound to or from the United Kingdom. It is stated that a ballot will ho taken throughout .the Commonwealth.— Press Assn.
