The Now Zoaland Loan and Mercantile Agency Oo„ Ltd., Hawera, report for week onded October 23: —At Kakaramca, on Monday, the large entry of bulls advertised came forward, and practically all of these ivcro disposed of at very satisfactory prices. Wc quote: Grade Jersey bulie, to 36£iis.; Holstein bulls, to £16; Shorthorns, to lftiffim.: others at market value; springing heifers, good, £18 to ££1. On the samo day, at Opunake, dairy cattle and bulls were penned in large numbers. For the latter bidding was brisk, only for Jersey, but average prices ruled for other hrco'ds. Most of tho dairy cattle were inferior sorts. However, we quitted most of the yarding at satisfactory orices.
