The Council of the League of Nations, at present meeting here, is confronted by the Polish-Lithuanian question and tho complications induced by the action of Zeligowski. It is stated, however, that the Council is unable to induco either the Lithuanians qf the Poles to undertake military action apinst. Zeligowski. It is understood the Council is unable to appeal to force. It was decided to postpone a settlement, which can take the form of economic pressure only.—Reuter.
