ADMIRALTY'S MESSAGE TO NEW ZEALAND. (Rec." October 23, 5.5 p.m.)' London, October 22. The cruiser Chatham has sailed for New Zealand.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. October 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 23. The Admiralty's message to New Zealand on the occasion of the Chatham's departure contains a special reference to Viscount Jellicoe. It is understood here to be an unofficial reply to the people in certain quarters who suggest that there are strained personal relations between Viscount Jellicoe and Earl Beatty. —Aus.-N.Z.
