Tho resignations of Messrs, Blnir Mason and Leo were tendered. They suggested that a resident engineer should bo procured to give full tijno to the supervision of tho work, and tho board accepted the •resignations, The board will probably retain Mt. ffiair Masqn as consulting engineer, while a permanent engineer will be appointed.
